A stunning use of NLP with more than 95% success rate

I heard about Alicia's book on BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour as part of their parenting series and listened fascinated as she explained in simple terms how the process works. Bedwetting is one of the most common childhood challenges and one that can seriously effect a child's confidence and growth. The British Medical Journal says 20% of 5 year olds suffer, with 3% still suffering at the age of 15yrs. Alicia Eaton's book is a real breakthrough combining hypnotherapy and Neurolinguistics together to create a simple program that works in about a week, or as the title states - 7 days. The real genius is that the problem stays fixed. Many solutions to bedwetting lead to the problem returning as soon as you stop using the fix but with parents able to continute the process with the child the problem can be banished forever. The book comes with an mp3 download from Alicia's website and the whole process is simple and easy to follow.
My girlfriend has been complaining of frequently having the urge to urinate but not passing much urine. She says she feels a little fatigued & lacks energy.Last night she urinated while she was sleeping. She is very embarrassed about it.Could she have a UTI/Bladder infection & could that have caused the bedwetting?
In this charmingly illustrated book, Haley Myles gives simple, no-nonsense advice for how to handle everyday occurrences that can be challenging for children and youth with Asperger Syndrome. Haley covers a range of topics, including what to do when you get a gift you don t like, if you find something that does not belong to you, if you are afraid of thunderstorms, and how to act when you re at a party where you don t know anyone. While all children can benefit from the tips in this book, it is especially applicable for children with AS ages 5-11.

An excellent book for children with AS (and all children)

When I bought this book for my child, he immediately read it. He now tells us the rules for all the situations he learned in the Practical Solutions book. It is wonderful and a true gift to children! When I had the chance to read the book (after my child went to bed), I found how truly wonderful it was! Thanks for helping my child learn things I never thought to teach. This is a true survival guide!
Great resource to deal with life's events for those with AS!

I work with children with Asperger Syndrome and have highly recommended this book to my families that are in need of solutions to daily issues. It an easy-to-read format written by a young girl who has thought to answer questions that I would have never even thought to ask. Lot of details...if you have a child with AS...you know that he or she is probably into those details. :) Perfectly written for a child or teen's audience, this book covers topics such as how to locate family if you get lost from them in a store, manners, conversations, and much more!
Finally a book for children with Asperger Syndrome

Haley Myles explains in a easy to understand manner what a child can do when they get into those 'what should I do' moments. Topics are covered that every child needs to know and gives advice in a straightforward child friendly way. Nine-year-old Haley Myles writes with a special sensitivity, understanding the difficulties that children with Asperger Syndrome face. This book is an excellent resource for children with Asperger Syndrome.
A Writer Who Speaks to My Child's Needs

The day this book arrived in the mail, I hardly got a chance to take a good look at it before my then 10 year old son (with Asperger Syndrome) nabbed it and read it from cover to cover. The reason? He said, "Ohh, that's what THAT means!" It very much reminds me of a book I read last year called The Hidden Curriculum. In THAT book it discusses the importance of teaching the unstated rules of society to our kids on the autism spectrum. This book is a perfect example of this--it explains the simple unstated rules "everybody knows", but not everybody really knows them!Yes! A nine year old wrote this book, but it's FOR kids, and speaks in a way that they can understand. It covers the topics that are important to kids like mine AND, because it's NOT spoken by a grown up, he is more receptive to hearing it. I think this young author is absolutely amazing. And to those negative reviewers--ha ha, guess what? This book just so happened to be recently honored by the United Nations and it is being translated into about a zillion languages and put on cd so its message can be shared world-wide! Now that is quite an accomplishment for ANY author, much less "just a nine year old." I highly recommend this book. Just because it seems (as my kids say) "duh" to us, doesn't mean it is to OUR kids.
